| Ms. Sacks has over twenty years experience in high technology product marketing including, vice president of marketing at Micropolis Corporation, Dataproducts Corporation, Xerox and Zebra Technologies. Her professional strengths are in strategic planning, B2B product marketing, and vertical market development. She is currently vice president of marketing for HID Corporation, a worldwide market leader in contactless cards and readers for access control. Ms. Sacks holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley. |
| Barry Waxman |
| Mr. Waxman has two decades of experience in diversified segments of the high tech industry. His experience and track record scales from private early stage to large public companies. He has held a variety of key executive management roles at companies including Standard MEMS, Micro Touch Systems, Pixel Magic, Mylex, Adaptec, and Western Digital Corporation. He is currently vice president of sales at Gemicer Technology an early stage funded semiconductor startup. Mr. Waxman holds a bachelor's degree from Paisley College of Technology, King’s College, London. |

| Mr. Herring is a veteran in the SAN technology industry with over 20 years experience in sales and sales operations within the storage industry, including sales management positions at Troika Networks, Brocade Communications and Seagate Technology. Mr. Herring is currently a director of OEM sales at Chaparral Network Storage, a leading provider of intelligent storage networking solutions. Mr. Herring holds a BS, BA from the University of Phoenix. |
| Richard Hodgson |
| Mr. Hodgson has over 20 years experience in technical sales, customer relationship management and customer support. He has worked in Europe and the US in the data storage field, working for companies such as Seagate and Micropolis. He has in depth experience working with OEM, reseller and strategic end user sales channels and has planned and implemented support, service, applications engineering, training and knowledge base programs. Mr. Hodgson holds a bachelor’s degree from Manchester University, England. |
